I received my 4 magic bands and linked them to my account, but my son's magic band is not showing up on my Disney experience

Hello Christina and welcome to planDisney, we're so happy you stopped by.

When the mailman delivers a welcome package from Mickey containing those all-important MagicBands, you know your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort is right around the river bend.  I'm so excited for YOU!

I bet the only reason your Mouseketeer's MagicBand isn't showing up on My Disney Experience is that the playful Experiment 626, or Stitch as he's better known, has been creating some technical mischief within the system!   I wonder if with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you tried one last time to link your son's MagicBand - it might work this time!

But seriously, please don't worry Christina.  I'm positive that with just 1 quick phone call a Cast Member will be able to magically resolve any hiccups in linking all your magical plans together on My Disney Experience.  Or, if necessary Cast Members may be able to offer another solution if the MagicBand appears to be faulty.

It's easy to contact a knowledgeable Cast Member who will be only too happy to help by simply dialing the phone number for My Disney Experience, MagicBands & FastPass+ contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.  Prior to calling, be sure to have the MagicBand and your Resort reservation number close to hand.

My top tips for a smooth and speedy arrival at Walt Disney World Resort are to be sure to take advantage of Online Check-in with the Direct-To-Room-Service.  This practically perfect in every way check-in facility allows Guests to start their vacation the moment they arrive on Walt Disney World property.  By completing Online Check-In Guests can head directly to the parks, utilise Resort recreation, and best of all, receive notification of when your Resort room is ready!

Plus, Guests can now Open their Resort room door with the My Disney Experience Mobile App.  I think this is one of my all-time favourite enhancements to My Disney Experience and I can't wait for the roll-out later this year of Disney MagicMobile Service where Guests will have the incredible ability to link Apple Watches, iPhone, and other smart devices to My Disney Experience Mobile App.

Christine, if you do have any further inquires about your upcoming May vacation to the most magical place on earth, please feel free to pop back to planDisney and ask me another question.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
