    I only received luggage tags in the mail. I do not have a ticket number to link to my mobile pass. Should I have received those travel documents already? I will arrive at Disney on Dec 8th.

    I'm thrilled to see that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just FIVE days! The holiday season is a great time to visit. It combines two of my favorite things ... Christmas and Disney! I know you will love it as I do.

    It sounds like you booked a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package. You may find that your Walt Disney World theme park tickets are already linked to your account like your Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay should be. You can check by logging into your account on the main Walt Disney World website and selecting "My MagicBands and Cards" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. You can also view any linked tickets on the My Disney Experience mobile app by touching the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then select "Tickets and Passes."

    If your tickets are not already linked, you should have your ticket information in your email from when you made the purchase. This should have information for linking your tickets. If you don't have admission cards, an email, or tickets linked to your account, you will need to contact Disney directly at (407) 934-7639 to get more information about your tickets.
