Hello Christine,
We're delighted to see you here at planDisney! It's great to hear you're looking forward to visiting the Disneyland Resort to enjoy magical moments at "The Happiest Place on Earth!"
Depending on the type of Disneyland Resort theme park tickets you have, the expiration date for the tickets can vary. For example, there were a number of types of theme park tickets for which the Disneyland Resort extended the ticket expiration dates. This was done to help Guests who had bought theme park tickets before the closure or while the closure was in place. You can take a look at the
"Modifications and Cancellations" information (you'll want to scroll down the page a bit) to see the types of tickets that were modified and their extended expiration dates. You can also reach out to the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member about the details of your tickets.
One other good note to share is that even if your tickets have expired and you have not used them, you can apply the amount you paid for those tickets towards the price of
new theme park tickets.
Christine, you also mention that you have what appear to be Disney Gift Cards. If you have
Disney Gift Cards rather than theme park tickets, my suggestion would be to
check the balance on the Gift Cards online or by calling the phone number on the card itself. You can also contact the Disney Gift Card team by
email.
It's helpful to know that you can use your Disney Gift card as a method of payment when you're purchasing your theme park tickets.
One more quick tip I'll share is to take a look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar when planning your visit. The calendar will help you see when the theme parks have reservations available for you to select. You can then use the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system to purchase your new theme park tickets and make your theme park reservations at the same time.
Christine, here's wishing you a wonderful visit to the Disneyland Resort!
Jerry
