I just received these fast pass "test" cards in the mail to use on an experience of my choice from a list on-line. How do they work for a parade? One of the choices was "preferred viewing" for the electrical parade. Coming for Christmas

Hi Natalie! Oh how lucky for you to be one of the test guests for this upcoming program! Disney is working on ways for the guests to plan their days in the parks as best as they can without long waits and delays. I am sure this will be a wonderful new advancement but I hope it doesn't take the spontaneity of magic away as guests rush from one place to the next!

There will be special viewing areas for guests who choose to use a pass for this option. It will allow you to not have to find a curbside seat an hour before the parade to get great views. The location might change from time to time as they work on the best scenario for the number of guests who are using this. This option is great for a family who might have children not wishing to sit and wait for something for an hour. Instead you can keep them busy doing other things and then head to the viewing location close to the time of the parade. It will guarantee you a spot.  If you choose this option you will have to check on the day of your visit to find out where they are having the reserved section. Guest Services or likely any cast member can assist. Have fun planning your special Magic Kingdom day!
