Welcome to planDisney, Adele.
It's nice to see a fellow Guest from Merseyside! Are you a Red or a Blue? I hope life in Scouseland is treating you well. I bet you're counting down the days until your holiday to Walt Disney World Resort. You're going to have an "absolute belter" of a time, Adele! Make sure you check out all the "boss" things to experience and enjoy for
The World's Most Magical Celebration.
As a UK-based Guest, you've been able to take advantage of the 14-Day Ticket. My wife and I purchased that same ticket for both our honeymoon and our 5-year anniversary. Now that I live in the US, I'm jealous of my UK peeps for being able to take advantage of such an amazing deal.
I'm sorry that you're having trouble linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Let me go through the steps for you. To link your
Magic Tickets purchased from the Walt Disney Travel Company:
- Log in to your My Disney Experience account via your browser.
- Go to "My Plans."
- Hover over "Park Tickets" and select "Link Tickets."
- Enter your Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers).
That should do that trick. However, if you're still having issues, I'd suggest speaking to a friendly Cast Member. Simply dial the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support, which you can find in the
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory. should be able to wave their magic wand and help you out.
I hope that's helpful, Adele. Thanks for stopping by planDisney.
Mike
