Hi Heidi,
Welcome to planDisney! I am so happy to know you are planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Well, this is a dilemma. If you have a
My Disney Experience account, check to see if your tickets were automatically linked to that account when you purchased them. When you log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, then click on Tickets & Memory Maker (on the left-hand side of the screen). If using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three bars on the bottom right-hand side of the screen and then click on Tickets and Passes.
If you do not have a My Disney Experience account or you check that account and the tickets are not there, you will need to speak with a
Cast Member by phone. If you purchased your tickets from a third-party vendor, you would need to contact that vendor to investigate what happened with your tickets. As soon as you get your ticket numbers, I recommend that you link those tickets in My Disney Experience immediately and then make
Disney Park Pass system reservations.
Looking at your anticipated arrival date, I also hope you have considered
advanced dining reservations. My family loves to eat, so we take our dining reservations quite seriously. We have our favorite restaurants that we always visit and then we usually visit one or two dining locations that are new for us. We love dining in restaurants that have views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks. So,
California Grill and
'Ohana are must-do's for us on every trip.
Heidi, as you make final preparations, do not forget about
matching gear! My family loves wearing matching shirts to the parks. And, when our girls were younger, we also picked up other smaller items for them prior to our visit. Check out our

Magic and memories,
