After your vacation, the room folio typically disappears from the
My Disney Experience app, so you won't see it there anymore. The quickest way to get a copy now is to email guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com. You can also use the
Guest Services email form on the Walt Disney World website; either way, they'll reply with a copy of your folio.
To help the Cast Members find your record fast, include as much detail as you can in your note: your full name, the
resort name, check-in and check-out dates, your reservation number, and the email address tied to your My Disney Experience account. If there were multiple guests on the reservation, note who the lead guest was as well.
While you wait for the folio copy, it can't hurt to double-check your email filters. Search your inbox, spam, and promotions folders for "folio," "Walt Disney World," or your resort name. Sometimes that original checkout email is just hiding.
