We received an email with a special offer for free dining. When calling Disney they said we need a pin #. The email did not have a pin number-how do we get one

    Hi Debbie,

Ahhh the elusive PIN number.  Walt Disney World often sends out masses of postcards or emails with deeply discounted rates.  I'm guessing you must have gotten an email forwarded from someone, rather than directly from Disney.

How do you get a PIN number?  I'm not really sure.  I've only gotten a few in my life.  Disney targets different groups of people at different times.  It's a good idea to register with www.disney.com.  You may also want to order a vacation planning video.  They're free, fun to watch, and filled with great information.  Registering for a Disney Visa may help as well.  Often times cardholders receive special deals.

    Hope this helps.

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
