Hey there Marissa,
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your question. It's always fun to get to help a fellow Arizonan plan their best trip ever to the Happiest Place on Earth.
First of all, how awesome that you got to take advantage of a special offer! Second, I'm happy to share that typically when a ticket says "3+" that it would apply to anyone that is aged 3 or older as opposed to being limited to ages 3-9 (like most children's tickets).
From what I've seen, this is often used for promotional or special event tickets when there is not a specific kids ticket.
However, since I can't see the specific details of your tickets or situation, if you would still like to call and confirm then I would suggest
reaching out to a Cast Member at the Tickets line who can look up your ticket and confirm that you purchased the correct one.
Since you'll be visiting at the height of the Halloween season, make sure to also check out the
Disney Parks Blog to learn more about all the fun happening around the Disneyland Resort. I'm specifically excited about the
Foodie Guide, which highlights all the seasonal snacks that are available around the parks.
Thanks again for your question, Marissa! Have a terrific time on your upcoming trip.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
