Florida Resident passholder to planDisney! As you know, because of the current extraordinary circumstances, Walt Disney World offered passholders a limited time opportunity to cancel
annual passes. Passholders like you and me were sent a personal link to use, if we chose, to discontinue our passes. That link was for one-time use and expired on August 11, 2020.
I'm sorry to hear that you accidentally hit the wrong button when you accessed the link and canceled your pass inadvertently. My best suggestion to rectify the situation is to call V.I.Passholder Support at (407) 939-7277. The expert Cast Members there should be able to help.
As a reminder, because of
enhanced health and safety measures, all guests -- including annual passholders -- must make a reservation to enter one of the theme parks using the
Disney Park Pass system.
