    I received an email back to my question, but cannot figure out what I am doing wrong with opening it. HElP! my question had to do with a family of 10 being able to be seated at a character meal.

    Hi Sarah!  I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble locating the response on our site!  As with any site, there are unfortunately technical errors from time to time and it appears that the response to your question was not posted to the live site.  I was able to go back and look at your question based on your user history, and am happy to provide an answer at this time!

    Here was your original question:

    We are a family of 10 and would like to be seated together at character meals.  Is this going to be possible?

    To answer, this is certainly possible, but you may have difficulty securing availability for 10 when attempting to make advanced reservations since many of the Disney World restaurants have a limited number of tables with which to accommodate larger parties!  If your experience trouble finding availability at the restaurants of your choice, I would recommend trying to book two tables for 5 instead to see if you have better luck!

    When you arrive at the restaurant to check in for your reservation, be sure to let the hostess know that you booked two separate tables for your party.  The cast members will do their very best to have you seated together or at least at two adjacent tables!  I have had great luck with this in the past!

    Since you are traveling with a large group, please be aware that you are able to make dining reservations up to 180 days online, or by calling DIsney Dining at (407)WDW-DINE.  Many of the popular restaurants book up extremely quickly, so your chances of being able to secure a reservation for 10 will be greater as soon as that window opens!
