    I received the disney video and it say about a special web page that disney has created for my family but i can not find it anywhere. Any ideas on how to get the page. vpk.disneyparks.com with our name and number after it . Thanks for your help

    Hi Erin!

    I'm glad you asked this question, I just received my Disney Vacation Planning DVD the other day and at first had this same exact problem.  In your web browser bar type in,  vpk.disneyparks.com/ (add your information as it is written in the brochure that you received).  If for any reason this is still not taking you to your personalized web page, try placing the DVD into your computer on go to My Computer on your start menu, right click and select open to open the Disney_Parks_PC.exe file.  From there you should be able to access your personalized web page.  Also don't forget about Disney's Personalized Park Maps that you can customize with your favorite attractions and are so beautifully done, I actually had a few framed.  I hope this helps and let us know if we can answer anymore of your questions!
