    I received 5 Disney passes (that I bid on for a non-profit) before Covid and they expired in 2020 during Covid. I assume you will honor the passes, can I just go to Disney on the day I select? Or do I need a reservation.

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out to us with your question about Theme Park Ticket expiration dates.  it looks like you are planning a visit to Disneyland Resort later this fall, what a wonderful time to visit! 

    Due to the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort, most Theme Park Tickets have had the expiration date extended until December 16, 2021.  In order to visit you will need to make a Theme Park Reservation using your existing Theme Park Tickets in order to visit either of the Theme Parks.  In order to do this, log into your Disneyland Mobile App or your Disney Account on the official Disneyland Resort website.  From there, you may need to link your Theme Park Tickets by scrolling down to "Link Tickets" under the "My Disneyland" tab and follow the prompts to add each Theme Park Ticket.  From there, select "Tickets & Reservation Details" under "My Disneyland" and then click on "Make Park Reservations".  After that, follow the prompts to select your party as well as the date and Theme Park you would like to visit.  Once you have confirmed your Theme Park Reservation you should be able to see your Reservation on the Disneyland Mobile App as well as in your Disney Account.  

    If by chance you are unable to link your Theme Park Tickets or the expiry date is not what you were hoping for, I suggest calling Ticket Services and a Cast Member will be able to assist with your specific Theme Park Tickets in real time.
