    I received 1 day peak complementary ticket for my family due to power cuts at Disneyland meaning we were not able to enjoy the park during our visit. The tickets expired in Jul 2020 and we were not able to visit due to Covid. Can we be issued replacements?

Regarding your existing, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets, based on my experience and stipulations listed in the Disneyland Resort Ticket Terms and Conditions, you may possibly be able to apply the value of the tickets towards the purchase of new theme park tickets provided that the purchase price is equal to or greater than the value of the original tickets (pending the type of theme park ticket and subject to change). I feel it best to consult with Disneyland Resort - Tickets for the official word regarding your particular existing tickets as I am not privy to your Disney account information and details. Please note that entitlements, features and other restrictions may also apply.

    Ruhi, once your theme park ticket matter is resolved, I encourage you to associate or link all the Disneyland Resort theme park tickets either to your Disney account online via the My Disneyland planning area through Tickets and Reservation Details, or you can use the Disneyland Mobile App via Tickets and Passes in the My Profile page. The reason for linking the theme park tickets is that you will have to secure Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations for each day of all valid theme park tickets as this is the process for visiting the theme parks at this time.

    Peruse the periodic Disneyland Resort special offers towards a stay that may include your Disneyland Resort hotel and theme park admission - the benefits of staying on property add great convenience to this pedestrian-friendly Disney destination saving you a lot of time.
