Hello Madison,
"Hot Diggity Dog! That's swell!" That's what I think Mickey would say about you receiving gift theme park tickets to visit "The Happiest Place on Earth." I'm sure Mickey and all his pals will be excited to see you.
The first step I suggest is to
create a Disneyland Resort account if you haven't done so already. Next, you'll want to
link your theme park tickets to your Disneyland Resort account.
Next comes the super fun part, and that's planning your visit. You likely know this, Madison, but I'll mention that you'll need both your theme park admission ticket (which you have, so that's great!) and a theme park reservation to visit a theme park. Start by taking a look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar. The calendar will show you which theme parks have reservations available to select for dates you might want to visit.
Next, you can go to the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations tools. You'll see an option for "If you’ve already purchased a ticket: Make Park Reservations." You'll be guided through the theme park reservation steps. It's helpful to know that theme park reservations cannot be modified, but you can cancel your theme park reservation if needed through the
"My Theme Park Reservations" feature, and then you can make a new theme park reservation based on availability.
You can also link your theme park tickets and make your theme park reservations through the
Disneyland Resort mobile app. From the app's main menu (the three stacked lines), tap "Tickets and Passes" and then tap "Link Tickets & Passes." After you link your tickets, you can select the "Ticket and Reservation Details" feature from the home screen and follow the steps to make your theme park reservations.
It sounds like you might be
celebrating your birthday when you visit the Disneyland Resort, and that's so fun to hear. Celebrating your birthday in Disney style makes for such a magical day. Be sure to pick up your birthday celebration button and enjoy all the birthday greetings throughout the day!
Here's wishing you a fun and wonderful visit to the Disneyland Resort, Madison.
