Julie from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I received 5 1-Day Park Hopper complimentary tickets as part of a school raffle at the end of 2019 that expired on 10/15/2020. We couldn't use them due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but we are now planning a trip. Can they be redeemed towards new tickets?

Hiya, Julie! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

While the expiration date of the tickets cannot be extended, you should be able to use the value of any wholly unused tickets toward new theme park admission tickets. Since yours were complimentary tickets, I recommend calling the Disneyland Resort Ticket Help Line at (714) 781-4636 for assistance. Hopefully, a friendly Cast Member can help you with your specific situation. Don't forget that you will also need to make a Theme Park Reservation through the Disneyland Resort website for the new tickets!

Julie, your visit will coincide with the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. It's a perfect time for festive cheer, seasonal treats, and ride overlays like "it's a small world" Holiday! Be sure to grab a Mickey gingerbread and enjoy A Christmas Fantasy Parade on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park - it is the best way to get into the holiday spirit. Then, hop to Disney California Adventure Park and enjoy the Disney Festival of Holidays. My husband and I love checking out the dishes at the Festive Foods Marketplace by purchasing a Sip and Savor Pass. These passes allow us to sample a variety of foods and find new favorites. Check out the Disney Parks Blog Foodie Guide for seasonal food offerings before your trip!

I hope this helps you plan a most magical visit, Julie. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'd be happy to help!

    See you in the parks,
    Melissa
