I received my customized magic bands yesterday. after seeing them, I am a little concerned about it coming off... how well do they stay snapped on???

    Hello Karen,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a very good question.

You will be pleased to know that MagicBands stay snapped on pretty tight. My 6-year-old wore one for the first time last year and it stayed securely tight on her wrist during our 7-night stay. She never took it off, not even to take a bath or go for a swim.

If the unthinkable happens and you lose your MagicBand during your visit, you will have to visit Guest Relations or your Disney Resort Lobby Concierge so they can deactivate it for you. Please note that sometimes they are able to provide Guests with a replacement MagicBand, which is subject to a fee.

One final tip: something super fun you can do is purchasing MagicSliders or MagicBandits at DisneyStore.com or at merchandise locations at the Walt Disney World Resort to personalize your MagicBands even more. They come in the cutest designs, and I personally love collecting them.

I hope you have a magical visit and enjoy using your MagicBand. Please stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel for another visit.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
