When it comes to your folio, I pulled into port to chat with a crew member about the status of Guest folios like yours, and they confirmed that Guests are no longer able to view their folio in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app after disembarking. You're correct that this is a change from before, so like the navigating the shifting tides, it looks like this will take a bit of getting used to!
But I do have some good news, Ed! You can still get a copy sent to you by reaching out to a crew member either by calling, through live chat, or email - all of which you can find information about in the
help center section of the website! You'll have your folio in hand quicker than you can say "Onboard Booking" to verify your charges and close the proverbial book on this chapter of your Disney Cruise Line adventure! I'm sorry that may not be the course you were hoping to set, but as they say, "any port in a storm," right?
