Hey there, Meaghen! Thanks for swinging by planDisney with your question. I bet you’re super excited to be at the Happiest Place on Earth this week!
Typically, when you get that message, it’s because you have already made the number of reservations that are allowed on that kind of ticket or pass. For instance, if you have a
1-day ticket and you have already made one reservation for that ticket, you may see that message.
Here’s how you can triple-check that you’re all set with your ticket and reservation to put your mind at ease!
1. In the
Disneyland mobile app, go to Future Plans and check that you see your reservation there. You can also go to Tickets & Passes and make sure you see your ticket there.
2. If logging in to your account on the Disneyland Resort website directly, go to My Disneyland, select “Ticket and Reservation Details” and click on “View My Park Reservations.” You should see your reservation there.
A theme park reservation is associated with a ticket. You can't make a reservation without a ticket. Once you arrive at the parks, in your Disneyland mobile app you will go Tickets & Passes and the Cast Member will be able to scan you in using your ticket barcode. Because your reservation is already associated with your ticket, that should suffice.
Tip – I like to take a screen shot of my theme park tickets (from the Tickets & Passes section of the app) JUST in case my WI-FI is being temperamental when I arrive at the gate.
I hope this information is helpful! Have the most magical time and make sure to get your fill of Disney snacks!
