Hi, I just received my confirmation number for my tickets purchase today, I’m trying to link it, but the system show me “the ticket, pass, order, magic and, card memory maker purchase you entered has already been linked to an account.” I don’t understand

Hello, Jacqueline thank you for visiting us at planDisney with your question.

You have a visit coming right around the corner and I am super excited for you. In about a week's time, you will be visiting “The Most Magical Place on Earth.” This is a great time to visit, with summer winding down and Labor Day approaching. The parks are decorated for the fall season and are looking pretty cool as usual.

When you purchase your tickets for your visit you should get an “ID Number” for your ticket confirmation. It sounds like you have already downloaded the My Disney Experience App and are trying to link your tickets. The best place to see if this number is already linked to your account. If you visit the “My Profile” section of your app you should be able to see an option called “Future Plans.” If you are not able to see the tickets there you may have purchased the tickets with a different account. You have family members who may have received the tickets. If they did and they are visiting with you make sure you have your name linked to their “Family & Friends List.” If you are not on anyone’s list and have tried to link these tickets again and continue to have issues I would recommend calling for assistance by phone. Have your information handy and someone will be more than happy to help link your tickets.

If you plan on visiting the parks I always recommend using Disney’s Genie+ Service. This service is not included with your park ticket but is available for purchase each day, for individual parks or multiple parks. So if you have the Park Hopper Pass make sure to purchase the multiple-park option. Then you can start to make your Lightning Lanes and skip the long lines. Most guests use 2-3 Lighting Lanes per day. One of my pro tips is to make sure when you make a Lightning Lane you check the area and hop on a shorter attraction before your window closes. And you don’t always have to make it an attraction. Slow down, grab a Mickey-shaped snack, and find a place to sit and enjoy the people you are with. That is probably my favorite part of Genie+, is being able to enjoy my time in the park instead of in long lines.

I hope this information helps link your tickets ahead of your visit. If you have any other questions about your visit visit us anytime at planDisney.com

    See ya real soon,
