I just received my confirmation from Disney. We are staying at Bay Lake Tower, One bedroom villa, lake view. My confirmation states" RQ Upper floor ng", my question: What does that mean?

    Greetings to you, Amy!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm more than happy to help!

A one bedroom villa at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort sounds absolutely wonderful. I know you must be excited about your upcoming trip! It's the perfect location with an easy walk to Magic Kingdom Park and with the convenience of the monorail. Plus with a lake view, you can sit outside and enjoy the peacefulness of Bay Lake or wind down your day watching the Electrical Water Pageant as it passes by.

So the "RQ Upper floor ng" that you noticed on your resort confirmation simply means that you must have made a request for an upper floor, but it is not guaranteed. If you did in fact make that request, then I do hope you get the room you wanted! If you didn't, just give Member Services a call if you want to change it.

I hope this answers your question and if we can help with anything else, just let us know. Have a great trip and make lots of magical memories!
