    Hello, we received complimentary tickets. How do I find out if they are still valid? Is there a place online I can use to check each ticket?

    Thanks for sending your question to the planDisney Panel! So happy to be helping a fellow Floridian! There are a few ways to check the validity of your ticket. The quickest way would be to link the ticket to your My Disney Experience Account. If the ticket is valid, it will successfully link and provide an expiration date. Another option would be to call Guest Relations at (407) 939-1289 and they will be able to look up that ticket for you. Lastly, you can email Guest Relations by completing the inquiry form found on this page: Guest Relations - Email Us. Be sure to include the ticket number in the email so that they can have all the information to provide you with a speedy response.  John, I hope this has answered your question!
