    I have received complimentary passes from a friend. I registered the passes with specific visitor names. However, after being unable to schedule a trip with those named participants, I don't seem to be able to change the names.

    It looks like you’re gearing up for a trip to the Disneyland Resort! You’ll be just in time for Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort. Happy Hauntings await at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. I’m really looking forward to Haunted Mansion Holiday where Jack Skellington, Sally and the rest of the characters from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas take over the Haunted Mansion. It’s where two holidays collide!
     
    Your friend is so nice to have gifted you tickets to the Happiest Place on Earth! At the Disneyland Resort, theme park tickets are not actually assigned until you scan into the parks. When you get to the turnstiles, a Cast Member will scan your ticket, take your picture and assign the ticket. Anyone can use the tickets as long as they fall in the age category of the ticket and the ticket is unused.
