Hello, I received 7 comp tickets in Hollywood studios last year and was give. A code and told they could be used in whatever park I wanted and whenever I wanted in the future without expiring. I want to use five of them in February but I’m not sure how.

Hey there, Kaitlyn. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question.

How exciting that you have some complimentary Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets to use for your upcoming vacation. That adds a little bit more magic into the mix, that's for sure. Without actually seeing the tickets, it's hard for me to say exactly how to use these but I do have some ideas for you.

On the tickets that they gave you, whether it was a physical ticket or through your email, you should see a confirmation number. I would go to your MyDisneyExperience account and try to link your tickets to your account using this number. To do this, log in to your account. Then, look for the "Tickets & Passes" option. Once there, you'll see a plus sign icon. Clicking this will bring up to the option to "Link Tickets & Passes". Then, you'll enter the ID Code, select the person you'd like to assign the ticket to and then you are all set. If this doesn't work, or you can't find the ID Code for the tickets, then I would go ahead and call a friendly Cast Member for assistance. You can call the existing ticket line at (407) 934-7639 and they will be able to help you with using your tickets. Phone lines open up around 7:00 a.m. each day.

Once you have your tickets linked to your MyDisneyExperience account, there's one more step to do, Kaitlyn. You'll also need to make a park pass reservation online. This is basically like a virtual placeholder in line at the Walt Disney World Theme Park you'd like to visit each day. You can do this after linking your tickets via the park pass reservation webpage of the Walt Disney World website.

I hope this helps. If you have more questions, please feel free to stop back by and ask us.

    Happy planning!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
