I received 2 comp tickets from Disney springs and they wrote a reservation number down. It is not working to add it on in the link tickets area. How do I add this on so I can make a park reservation?

    Hi Delaney! Welcome to planDisney.

Hurray for complimentary tickets! I have had comp tickets a couple of times and I always feel like the Genie has popped out of his lamp and given me my wishes come true! It's a pleasure to help you get your tickets linked so you can have the best day ever.

In my experience, comp tickets link to your My Disney Experience account in the same way as regular theme park tickets - but with so many ticket types, it can be a challenge sometimes. Log in to your My Disney Experience account and then visit the "Link Reservations and Tickets" webpage. Click on Tickets and then follow the steps to enter the Ticket ID given to you by Guest Relations. If that's not working, you will need to call the Existing Tickets line, where a friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you.

Once your tickets are linked, you will be ready to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations. Then, let the magic begin!

There is so much to pixie dust in the air around the Walt Disney World Resort with The World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing! As you make your plans, be sure to read the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest news and announcements about new treats, experiences, and celebrations. Your friends here at planDisney are happy to help if you have any more questions as you plan and dream.

    Wishing you much magic,
