Hey there, Jennifer!
Thanks for visiting us at planDisney today, I’ll be more than happy to help you cancel your upcoming visit. Although I am not happy you’re canceling, I am happy to hear that it was a bounce-back offer meaning, you recently visited! I hope you all enjoyed your stay. My family is in the early planning stages for our visit, so the excitement is starting to build up. I think it hits once we are officially booked.
To cancel, I recommend giving the Walt Disney World Reservations
line a call. A Cast Member there will be able to see what you’ve booked and all the details of your booking. They will also be able to better discuss the
cancellation policy and maybe even help you push your trip to a later date so that you don't have to be completely canceled. The good news is if you’ve only booked a
resort reservation so far, the cancellation will be fairly easy, and you’ll get your deposit back shortly after canceling since you are canceling more than 30 days before your arrival.
Those bounce-back offers are such a great deal, it’s hard not to “bounce back” so quickly! I struggle to leave Walt Disney World after our visits so booking a new trip helps keep my spirits up. Knowing it’s not a goodbye but a “see ya real soon” makes returning to the real world a little easier. When you and your family are ready to return to the magic, I recommend taking a look at the
Special Deals & Discounts. There are usually so many good offers, that you’re bound to find one when you all are ready to rebook.
Jennifer, I hope this has helped answer your question. Just know I'm wishing on every star that you return soon. When you’re ready, be sure to visit us at
planDisney for our must-dos and dining recommendations. We are always eager to share!
See ya real soon,
Shantel
