    I never received my annual pass magnets by mail. Can I receive it some other way?

    Congratulations on becoming an Annual Passholder! You’ve joined at an exciting time because V.I.Passholder Summer Days are back May 14, 2025 through July 31, 2025. Perks include increased discounts on select dining locations, a Passholder discount at DisneyStore.com, and exclusive access to a Passholder lounge in EPCOT. 

    Annual Pass magnets may be sent out to new Passholders after activating their Annual Pass. If it has been several months since you’ve activated your Annual Pass, you can reach out to the Annual Passholder line to make sure that you have opted-in to e-mail and mail communications. 

    Throughout the year, complimentary Passholder magnets may be distributed in the theme parks. Characters featured on these magnets can vary, recently the magnet featuring Maleficent was announced! This magnet will be available May 14 through July 31, 2025 at Creations Shop in EPCOT. In my past experiences, the Cast Members have asked to see my Annual Pass in the My Disney Experience app, and my photo ID before receiving my magnet. In my opinion, the easiest way to see information about current Passholder offerings, including any available magnets, is in the My Disney Experience app under “The Passholder Buzz” on the home page.
