    How do I receive my tickets. I have reservation confirmation

    Hi Scott! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

    When you purchased your Disneyland Resort admission tickets, you should have received an e-mail confirmation, which included your ticket ID number. This is what you link to your account, so you can scan into the parks easily with your mobile device, using the Disneyland mobile app.

    If you see that you have a theme park reservation for your park day, it sounds like your tickets are already linked. That's good news. You'll want to show the friendly Cast Member at the entrance to the parks your ticket by opening the Disneyland mobile app, tapping the three-bar menu at the bottom right side of the app, and tapping the "My Tickets & Passes" tile at the top of the next screen. You should see your ticket there and be able to swipe through any tickets linked to your account. If your tickets aren't linked, this is also the screen where you can link them.

    If you don't see your tickets and you can't find the ticket transaction confirmation e-mail with the ticket ID number, please call the Tickets phone line. A helpful Cast Member will be able to locate the information you need so that you're ready to go when you get to the parks. I've had them find tickets from years ago for me. So I just know they'll be able to come to your rescue if need be.

    If you don't yet have Disney Genie+ added to your tickets, you can do so after scanning into the parks. There should be a button to "Purchase" toward the top of the Disneyland mobile app homepage. Prices and availability are subject to change, but it's an option we like to add as a family, so we spend less time waiting in queues and are more focused on experiencing the magic together. Add it for every member of your party to book Lightning Lane Entrance return times together.
