when will i receive my tickets?

    Hi, Michele!

I am guessing you are talking about your Walt Disney World theme park tickets.  If you ordered them as part of your Magic Your Way Vacation package, your tickets will be added onto your Key to the World card that you will receive at check-in at your resort.  I really like this system, as it is one less thing I have to remember to pack for my vacation!

If you simply ordered theme park tickets, you will get them per your order:  pick-up at will call, or whatever type of mail delivery you chose.

I hope this helps!  Have a magical vacation.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
