When should I receive a refund after canceling my Theme Park Reservation?

Hello Liliya, and welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for stopping by with your question. We appreciate your patience as we assist all who are anxious to return to a land of magic

Because theme park reservations are complimentary for all Guests of the Disneyland Resort theme parks, you will not receive a refund for the cancelation. If you recently purchased theme park tickets but have decided not to use them, unfortunately, Disneyland theme park tickets are non-refundable. Fortunately, you do have options, even if you aren't able to visit as planned. If you purchased multi-day tickets, they don't expire until January 12, 2023, or 13 days after their first use (whichever comes first), so you have quite some time to put together a trip.

If you bought a one-day ticket that is not valid for the new date you are looking to travel, you can apply the amount paid to the price of a new ticket by calling (714) 781-4636. A friendly Cast Member will help you modify the ticket tier, if necessary, and pay any price differences.

I hope this is helpful, Liliya, and that you're able to reschedule your day at Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park soon. There's a lot of excitement on the horizon for both theme parks. The Avengers Campus is now open, so if you have any superhero fans in your crew, prepare to assemble! Thanks again for sending your question our way, and if there's anything we can do to make future visits more magical, come back anytime.

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort.
