Hey there, Jerry!
It's so great to have you bring us your question to planDisney. You know what makes it even more fun for me personally? I do believe this is the first time ever that I get to enjoy saying "Hey there, Jerry from PA! It's Jerry from PA here!" It's so nice to meet another Jerry who's looking forward to all the magic of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
When you purchased your
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets, you should have seen a prompt asking you "How will you get the tickets?" The default delivery method is email. You could also have opted to get your tickets delivered by standard postal service mail (typically after two weeks) or by express delivery (typically after three days or so).
If you selected to receive your tickets by email, you would receive a confirmation number to
link your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. You could then go ahead and make your theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system. When you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort for your stay, you could pick up the actual theme park admission cards at a Guest Relations Window outside the theme parks or at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. You could also use a MagicBand or the
Disney MagicMobile Service for theme park entry.
If you purchased a
vacation package and then link that package to your My Disney Experience account, it will link both your Resort reservation and your theme park tickets.
If you need to reach out to the Walt Disney World Ticketing team to ask additional questions or check on the status of your tickets, you can call them at (407)-566-4985. You can also connect with Walt Disney World Resort Cast members through the
online chat service.
Jerry, I invite you to
follow the planDisney Panelists on social media as we share tips and ideas for making the most of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Who knows, you might even spot a helpful tip from another Jerry from PA!
Here's wishing you all the fun for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
