Can I receive a package at art of animation?

    Hi Penelope,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

If I understand your question correctly, you’re wondering whether you can have a package delivered to you while you’re staying at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. Having done this several times before, including twice when I’ve stayed at that very Resort, I can confirm that the answer is definitely yes! I often order stuff for my vacation from websites like Amazon.com (especially for things that can't get shipped to a Canadian address) and have my packages shipped directly to my Resort.

On the "Resort Overview" page for the link I’ve provided above, you'll find a column along the right-hand side that includes your Resort Hotel's address. Make sure that you put the "lead guest's" name on the package, followed by the note "GUEST - ARRIVING MM/DD/YY" (i.e. put in your arrival date) to help ensure that your package arrives safe and sound.

Please don't hesitate to come back and visit us if you have any other questions about your upcoming vacation.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
