I would like to receive in the mail trip planning and other pamphlets regarding vacations on Disney Cruise line and Disney Land Resort in Florida. The more information you can send the better.

    Hi Josh!

Welcome to planDisney! You have quite the brilliant idea to include both Walt Disney World and a Disney cruise on your potential vacation list. So let’s get you started so you can get those reservations booked and that countdown calendar going!

Like you, I LOVE those glossy brochures with stunning photos of a Walt Disney World vacation or those Disney Cruise Line destinations! There’s just something about being able to see those beautiful images and anticipate future travels, isn’t there? Both Walt Disney World Disney and Disney Cruise Line are updating everything constantly, and the best medium for that is the internet. Mickey has turned his attention to sharing planning information all online now, so the focus has moved away from mailing materials to Guests. But don’t fret: there are MINNIE helpful links that will get you that great knowledge with the click of a mouse.

For Disney Cruise Line, the premier site is the Disney Cruise Line website. From there, you can search the amazing assortment of itineraries available and learn more about what’s included on a Disney cruise. I highly recommend watching Guest testimonials, detailing what they love about sailing with Captain Mickey. Believe me, I have been keeping those videos on a loop at my house to give myself all the positive cruise vibes!

As for Walt Disney World: start first with this Ready for Tomorrow to Begin link as the launching pad to planning your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth! Naturally, the main Walt Disney World page also has everything you will need to get acclimated about resort hotels, dining, theme parks, and much more. To delve deeper into planning out your adventures at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, check out this detailed Tickets & Visit Guide. Finally, I’d be remiss if I didn’t point you in the direction of our planDisney Panel Extras page that’s chock full of advice ranging from choosing a resort hotel, how to get family members involved in planning, and even packing tips and planning tools.

We’ve barely scratched the surface on all the reliable resources out there, but I don’t want to overwhelm you. Take some time to dive into all these, and then loop back with us here at planDisney as you narrow your vacation plans. To pass the time until you return, I’ll be doing my best impression of Steamboat Willie, whistling a happy tune and steering that captain’s wheel!

    SEA ya real soon!
