    How can I receive an itemized bill from my recent cruise? I would like to see an itemized breakdown of what was charged to my account. All I see on my bill are amounts with no description.

    Hi, Kate! Thanks for sailing to us at planDisney with your question. My pals and I are happy to help. 

    If your Disney Cruise was within the past 90 days, you can download a copy of your onboard folio on the Disney Cruise Line website. Please first log in to your account, click on "Cruise with Disney" in the top menu, and scroll down to click on "Castaway Club". Please scroll down the page a bit below the Club Level Member Benefits section to view "My Cruises". Your previous cruises will be listed and any sailings that are within the 90-day window will display a link to download your onboard folio. 

    The link to download will appear after 24 hours of disembarking your cruise. If you have any additional questions regarding your onboard account, please call Disney Cruise Line for assistance.
    The agents will be happy to help you. 

    I hope that you returned home from your sailing with plenty of happy memories of your time at sea with Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie. Did you hear the news? The Disney Treasure will set sail on its maiden voyage in December 2024. Disney Cruise Line recently announced so many exciting updates about this ship. I'm most excited to dine at Plaza de Coco to enjoy modern Mexican fare and live entertainment during dinner.
