Hi there Brandi,
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your question!
The specific answer to your question will largely depend on where you purchased your
theme park tickets from, but if you got them from the Disneyland Resort website then you should already have access to them!
You should have a confirmation email in your inbox - I would suggest searching for "Disneyland Confirmation." The correct email will also include in the subject line "(#DD....)" with a long number after it. This email will walk you through all the details of your ticket including the order date, expiration date, and delivery option.
Two other places you can check would be on the
Disneyland mobile app and the Disneyland Resort website.
On the app, you'll tap the menu button (≡) then "Tickets and Passes," and you should see them here. On the website, I would recommend visiting the
My Plans hub where you'll also be able to make and manage any reservations for your trip that you're interested in as well!
If you purchased your tickets through a third party, then you can reach out to them to see when the tickets will be delivered. If you purchased them through the Disneyland Resort website but are still having trouble finding them then I would recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member at the Tickets line! They should be able to help you with the specific details of your situation.
Thanks again for your question, Brandi! I hope you have an amazing time on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
