When you receive our
Theme Park tickets depends entirely on the method of delivery you selected at checkout. If you chose to have your Theme Park tickets sent to your home, please allow at least 14 days for delivery. If it has already been 14 days and your tickets have not arrived, you can reach out to a Cast Member at 407-934-7639 to inquire further.
If you selected electronic delivery as your Theme Park ticket delivery method, you should receive your tickets within 72 hours. If you don’t have them within 72 hours, I always recommend checking your junk/clutter folder in your mailbox. Sometimes Stitch sneaks into your inbox and re-routes your magical mail. Give it a quick search and see if you can find them hiding in junk mail.
