Hello Terrence,
Thanks for stopping in to see us here at planDisney. I hope you're getting excited for your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
If you purchased Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets and selected the default delivery method of email during the "How will you get the tickets?" step, you have a few options for using your tickets for theme park entry.
One option is that you could pick up physical theme park admission ticket cards at a
Guest Relations window outside the entrances to the theme parks (the "will call" approach). You could also pick up physical theme park admission cards at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. When you pick up theme park tickets this way, you'll need to show your ticket purchase confirmation email, your valid government-issued photo ID, and the payment method used to purchase the tickets (such as credit card or gift card).
Another option for theme park admission is to use a
MagicBand. With your theme park tickets and your MagicBand both
linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can simply tap your MagicBand at the theme park entrance.
Another option for theme park admission with your linked theme park tickets is to use the
Disney MagicMobile Service. With Disney MagicMobile Service and your
My Disney Experience mobile app, you can create a Disney MagicMobile pass on your iPhone, Apple Watch or Android phone with Google Pay enabled. Similar to using a MagicBand, you would simply tap your Disney MagicMobile pass at the theme park entrance.
There is an option during the "How will you get the tickets?" step to select "See more delivery options" and choose standard postal service mail or express mail. If you purchased your theme park tickets with email delivery and would really like to have the tickets mailed to your home instead, you could
contact the Walt Disney World Resort ticket services team at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member to have the tickets re-issued.
You'll want to be sure to
link your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account and then use the
Disney Park Pass system to make your theme park reservations to visit the theme parks.
Terrence, I hope this information is helpful as you make all your plans to enjoy "The Most Magical Place on Earth."
Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
