As you already know, a pro rata refund will be issued for your Annual Passport if you are entitled to one. You will receive a refund in the form of payment used to make the purchase. If the applicable refund is unable to be returned to the original form of payment, a check will be mailed to the billing address provided at the time of the Annual Passport sale or renewal. If you purchased your Annual Passport prior to January 1, 2019 and did not have a chance to activate it, you will need to confirm your contact and refund information prior to The Disneyland Resort issuing the refund.
