I called and confirmed with a Cast Member (Hi, Dominic!) that you can definitely have an item shipped to the hotel. You'll want to use this address:

Make sure that the name on the package matches the primary name on your hotel reservation so that a Cast Member can confirm the package is for a guest coming to the hotel. The package will need to be processed, which can take about a day, so having it arrive a day or two before you check in is perfect!
If you do get to the hotel and discover that you're missing an essential item or two (I've totally been there) chances are you'll find what you need in
Acorn Gifts & Goods in the hotel lobby. There are also some very fun and unique items here that match the Craftsman vibe of the hotel perfectly!
I love relaxing in the lobby, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. There is often a pianist playing, and there's even a place for my kids to watch cartoons! Don't forget to grab a treat at the cart in the lobby...right now they're selling a gingerbread pumpkin cookie that is absolutely delicious. You can find more sweet treats across the resort in the
