    When will we receive our airline ticket we paid for our Disney Package in full on December 28, 2011. What is the procedure on this is this information coming in the mail to us or do we need to phone anyone in regards to this to receive this information.

    Hi Vincent!

          I'm guessing that you are feeling pretty nervous right about now???  Don't worry, the Walt Disney World Travel Company uses "ticketless travel" for their airfare.  If you check your packet of information, you should see a "record locator" or "confirmation number" next to your flight information.  If you do not see it, simply call 1-407-WDISNEY and request it.  At this point, you will need to visit the airline's website and enter in that number, as well as your name.  You will be able to print out your boarding passes directly from the site, and in some cases, even select your seats!

         I'm not sure why this process is not clearly explained when booking your reservation.  Let's just say that you are certainly not the only guest with questions!  I wish you a fantastic flight and a fabulous vacation!
