Diana, when you initially purchased your
Theme Park tickets, you were prompted to select a method of delivery for your Theme Park tickets. At this time, once you choose a form of delivery for your Theme Park tickets, it cannot be changed. So if you did not elect for them to be mailed to you at that time, there is no way to update them at this time. If you would like a physical admission card, you can still get one to use for your vacation, but this will need to be done at a ticket counter at one of the Theme Parks (or at
Guest Services at Disney Springs) when you arrive for your vacation. My family and I do this every time we visit since we like having multiple ways to get into the Theme Parks.
I’m sorry I couldn’t give you more magical news, Diana; I hope this was helpful. Before I let you go, I recommend picking up your physical ticket card at Disney Springs if possible.
