Welcome, Meray! You must be so excited as your trip to the
Most Magical Place on Earth is not too far away.
Before your arrival, make sure you download the
My Disney Experience app. I find it to be the easiest way to check your bill throughout your vacation. After you have checked in, you will be able to see your hotel charges all on the app. From the Home screen, you will select "Resort Hotel." Near the middle of the page are a few options, starting with "Unlock Door," and right next to that one is "View Charges." At the top of this page, you will find information on your total charges and payments made. If you scroll down, you will see an itemized list by day, including your resort room and any food, merchandise or other charges made to your resort account. This information is different than what you see before your trip, so don't be concerned if you look before you arrive and can't find these items on your app. But it is pretty easy to find once you know to look.
You may also request your hotel folio at any time from Cast Members at Guest Services in your resort. A final hotel folio will be emailed to you after your departure. This only applies, however, to charges made to your resort. If you pay directly at a restaurant or store for food or merchandise, these charges would not be on your hotel folio.
If you plan to change your form of payment, like a different credit card or a gift card, I usually do this the day before checking out of the resort. It gives me peace of mind everything is set up to pay how I want it before they process payment and my mind is focused on the hustle of last minute packing that last day.
