    How do I get a receipt for my room charges at Aulani after checkout? Everywhere I search everyone says you don’t/can’t get an email and it isn’t available in the app at this point.

    It sounds like you’re looking to retrieve a receipt for your room charges after checking out and losing access to it on the Aulani app, so let's get to it! I reached out to Amber at Member Services, who shared some helpful advice. Members in this situation are encouraged to call the Disney Vacation Club billing department. Please note that this is a different number from the usual Member Services phone line and isn’t listed on the Disney Vacation Club website. The number to call is 407-828-5630, Option 3. Just a heads-up that this number could be subject to change in the future.
