    Do I have to have a receipt to get ears embossed if I purchase ahead

    Hey there, hi there, ho there, Rebecca! You’re as welcome as can be to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I absolutely love our collection of ear hats from various visits to the Disneyland Resort. Each one reminds me of a special occasion that we celebrated during our vacation. Whether for a holiday, a birthday, or just an occasion to dress fancy for our visit to the parks, our hats are all treasured

    In some cases, it may be possible to embroider a previously-purchased ear hat. For quality control and sanitary reasons, a recent receipt will be required to show that the item was purchased at the Disneyland Resort. Should something go wrong with the embroidery machine, this helps to ensure that a replacement item is more likely be to be made available. Did you know that you can also embroider other types of items purchased at the parks? Things like aprons, blankets, jackets, and more can usually be customized at a store location with an embroidery station. Just ask a Cast Member for more information. Many items purchased from the shopDisney online store may also be ordered with embroidering at the time of purchase.
