How can I see receipt after cruise?

Hello, Marina, and welcome to planDisney!

I'm so glad that you stopped by with your question. Marina, it sounds like you recently sailed with Captain Mickey. I hope it was like a fairy tale come true. My family and I will be jumping aboard the Disney Dream in September and I can't wait to be up on deck watching the horizon fade further into the distance.

Marina, if your sailing was within the last 90 days, your stateroom folio can be downloaded from the Disney Cruise Line website. To begin you'll want to log into the website and then hover over the words, "Already Booked." From there, you'll see the bold heading, "My Account." Click on "My Cruises History and Folio." This will take you to a separate page that shows your Castaway Club status and your completed cruises. Continue scrolling until you see your most recent cruise. If available for download, you'll see the option on this page. If your cruise was more than 90 days ago, you'll need to contact Disney Cruise Line via the help center to request an itemized receipt from your sailing.

I hope this helps as you're reflecting on your cruise. When you're ready to book another Magical voyage, please come on back to planDisney with any additional questions.

Meet the Panelist: Lauren, Pennsylvania

Greetings from central Pennsylvania! Hi, I’m Lauren and I can’t wait to answer all of your Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Vacation Club questions. My husband and I became Disney Vacation Club Members because we love visiting the Disney Parks and with hectic day-to-day schedules, wanted to prioritize time away for our family. The options at the Walt Disney World Resort make each trip unique and I am excited to help other families build vacations with those unforgettable moments.
