Hi! I reassigned one of my tickets to my niece who is on my friends and family list. How do I get her ticket to show up in her parents Disney account? We are going to be at Disney World a different week than her and her parents.

Hey there, Jessica. Welcome to planDisney

Vacationing at the most magical place on earth in October is so much fun! The parks are all dressed up in their not-so-spooky best and it makes for such great pictures. I hope you'll love it as much as I do.

Jessica, if your niece's account is managed by her parents then they should already be able to see the newly reassigned ticket in her MyDisneyExperience account via their friends and family list. They can check my opening up the MyDisneyExperience app on their smartphone device. Next, they'll want to select the three horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. This will open up a navigational menu and they will want to select the "Tickets and Passes" option. From there, they should be able to see all of the tickets that are linked to everyone on their friends and family list.

If you happen to manage your niece's account and you'd like to switch the management roll over to her parents, you'll need to have a Cast Member assist you with this. You can call the Internet Help Desk at 407-939-7765 anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Mickey Mouse's time each day. I recommend calling first thing in the morning to avoid waiting on hold for more extended periods of time.

I hope this helps, Jessica! If you have any other questions about this, or anything else, please feel free to reach back out to me. I'm happy to help.

    Have a great week!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
