Can you reassign who is staying in each room if you have 2 rooms booked together?

Greetings Penni and welcome back to planDisney!

I’m so glad you stopped by with this question! I had to do this on my last trip when we had multiple rooms booked, and I wasn’t exactly sure who would join us.  It is pretty easy to do!

If you are the lead Guest, the person whose name the room is under, you can modify the other Guests online via the My Disney Experience website. Sign into your account and scroll over the My Disney Experience tab.  Select “My Plans and Tickets” and scroll down to find the reservations that you want to adjust. You should see a “Modify Reservation” tab to select that will allow you to reassign your guests into the correct rooms.

If you do not see the modify tab or if there is a need to change the lead Guest, you will need to call and talk with a friendly Cast Member at the Walt Disney World Resort reservations number.

Penni, I see your trip begins in early March! I hope you have your Mickey and Minnie Ears all packed and color coordinated for the trip!  I hope you can see the start of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival that starts on March 4, 2026, and runs through June 1, 2026.  The gardens are spectacular and the character topiaries are lifelike! And don’t forget the food!

Have a great trip and enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
