Hi how can I reassign a disnelyand ticket that has not been used to another family member that will not be able to attend after all?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Olga!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! THANK YOU for allowing us to be on your PLANNING TEAM!

I am so sorry one of your family members will not be able to visit the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH with you. Please know Mickey Mouse and his pals will miss him terribly, but know they can't wait to see your family member in the very near future! So, are you ready for some MAGICAL news?! I am very happy to inform you that you are not required to reassign your already purchased Disneyland Theme Park Ticket in order for another person to use the ticket. When your family arrives at a Disneyland Theme Park, a Cast Member will then take a picture of each person using their specific ticket. At that point, the ticket is then assigned to the person on the picture, not to the name on the ticket. Don't you just love happy endings? I know I do!

As you know, Mickey Mouse and his pals are making exciting announcements about the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a THING! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    See you REAL soon!
