I'm sorry to hear you are having a difficult time trying to get your reservation email to print. That seems like it could be an issue with your email browser since you would be using the print feature from your email system. If you are still having issues, don't worry I have another idea for you.
I personally like to avoid printing and carrying around papers so instead of printing, you can also just show this QR code to the Cast Member on your phone. I also do this for my ticket barcode to enter the parks. The easiest way to make these QR codes quickly available should you encounter cell service issues would be to take a screenshot of the QR code for each ticket in your party. This will allow you to quickly open your photos and flip through the QR codes for scanning if asked.
Once your tickets are linked to your
Disneyland account, you can download the Disneyland app and screenshot your ticket barcodes as well. Your ticket barcodes are always available in the
Disneyland app, but sometimes it is easier to go to your photos over tapping in the app. This will also be handy. if you purchase
Disney Genie+ and need to use your tickets to scan your ticket at the Lightning Lane every time.
