Is there a reason I no longer receive a passholder card when I renew my pass. I've had my phone die several times and been informed that they need my passholde card which you no longer send out every year when I renew or to show my pass on the app.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Angela! Thanks for being an Annual Passholder! I’m about to renew and go into my third year of being a Passholder. I can’t tell you how much I love the discounts, benefits and most of all, visiting the Parks whenever I want to!

You don’t really need another yellow Mickey card after you are issued your first one. It has a chip in it just like the other hard media tickets or your MagicBand that holds all your information on it. If you lose it, or you need a new one (I just asked for a new one with current dates on the back) you can stop off at any ticket window or guest services desk and get a complimentary new card. It’s that easy! And don’t forget to create your yearly Annual Passholder MagicBand with your personalized name. You’ll receive it promptly in the mail with your AP slider; that’s my favorite little perk! As for your phone battery, check out the Power Bank Re-charging kiosks located throughout the Parks. They offer a one-time price for unlimited Fuel Rod exchanges, which is awesome. I can always stay powered up and ready to go, no matter where I am.

If I can help you find more perks throughout Walt Disney World Resort, please let me know. I’d love to help you plan your vacation! ~ Lindsey P.
